Crosshead
Crosshead started out as a piece of rectangular brass.
The two sided was cut using and end mill to the correct depth.
Lastly it was drilled and tapped to take a 5BA thread through to opposite end.

the connection rod was machined into it. Lastly it was drilled and tapped to take a 5BA thread through to opposite end. |

that some fettling is needed to make it all run easily. |
